Day 180 O. Noir

Slept in today as still have a sniffle.  CT was relentless, as usual.  The snow had melted by this morning but it’s still incredibly cold.  After work we had dinner down the road with Jeannette, at O. Noir.  The dining room is pitch dark and the server is blind.  It wasn’t as difficult to eat without sight as I remember it being in Medical School, when we had lunch at the Blind Institute.  We talked more than usual, as there were no visual cues to where attention was being directed.  Daniel managed to push some food off his plate.  I tried to steal his bread but he had his hands on the table.

It was good to catch up with Jeannette and find out what’s been happening back home.  Makes me feel like I’m living on the moon.
