Rounds were cancelled tonight so we went out for dinner instead. When we walked out of the hospitals the sun was shining and it was warm enough not to wear gloves or earmuffs. Almost summer! We ate at Elm Tree, and the food was delicious. I’m not sure where the hours went but the new month tomorrow heralded a bittersweet feeling; there’s only 8.5 weeks left of the fellowship. On the way to dinner I finally met Shlomit’s new (now 6 months old) baby. She spent a full minute staring at me before bawling loudly.
