Day 679 No Scrubs

Back in breast today so I cycled work in scrubs, under civilian clothes, ready for a procedure-filled day. As I’d pulled my socks on I’d felt the pants strain but thought nothing of it. It wasn’t until after the MRI biopsy and after an US wire localization where is walked all over the department that Kelly, one of the techs, came into the reporting room and whispered, “Julie [another tech] thinks you’ve split your pants!” Not again! Thankfully the operating theatre  down the corridor had a friendly anger who lent me a new pair. The hole was huge! It was a busy day but glad to be back with the team at PMH.
