I wore a long-sleeved shirt and dress pants to work on Tuesday; there was no MRI biopsy scheduled and I needed to exchange my torn scrubs. The clinic was very unusually quiet; I only had one case that led to biopsy all day, normally there are 5-10. We caught up on reporting and I had time to work on a few research projects. I had a headache in the afternoon again. In the evening I caught up with L for dinner. He barbecued two 1 lb steaks, potatoes and broccoli which we ate with macaroni and salad. I was stuffed. We listened to a great mix of songs from Songza which included, Feed Me Diamonds, my new favourite song. This week we’ve had a few notifications of sad news from home (including Dan waking up to the news his grandmother fell the night before and was in hospital again) but overnight some good news came; Jo gave birth.
